Shares of Aesthetic Partners allow founders to benefit from the long-term success of our fast-growing company as a true partner.

  • We partner with premium clinics and reputable brands. Typically, we invest in growing these brands rather than consolidating practices under existing brands. In select cases, we will explore integrations with likeminded regional brands based on specific business or market dynamics. In these instances, the brand integrations yield streamlined processes and lower operating costs due to scale.

  • Absolutely! We encourage partnering physicians to continue practicing as long as desired. Because of their deep patient relationships and value to their practice, we typically ask partnering physicians to commit to at least two years of continued practice. Recognizing that some physicians may want to reduce their practicing hours over time, however, we create succession and exit plans as needed to support the mutual goals of our physicians, our practices, and our partnership.

We emphatically believe that the success of our partners is the result of their teams’ talent and hard work. As partners, we work closely to provide high-performing practice teams with ample opportunities to grow professionally within our organization. With our connections throughout the industry, we can also recruit top talent in order to grow your organization.

  • The valuation of your business depends on many factors, including profitability, rate of growth, reputation, and overall operational efficiency. We can typically provide high-level terms shortly after our initial meetings.
